Returns Policy

We want you to love your EVBNTLY purchase. If you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and show no signs of use
• The original tag must still be attached
• Items must be returned in their original condition

How to Return

1. Email us at eviebentley@evbntly.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return
2. We'll confirm your return and provide the return address
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use or have had their tags removed cannot be accepted for return.
